Role and composition of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is vested with the broadest powers to carry out all acts of management and disposal which are necessary or useful for the realization of the object. It is responsible for all acts which are not reserved to the General Meeting by law or by the Articles of Association. The Board of Directors may, under its responsibility, delegate part of its powers to a third party of its choice for specific and defined purposes.

Commissionner

The role of the commissioner is to control the financial situation of the company, its annual accounts, and the regularity of its operations.
